## Abstract / Summary
Details the design rationale behind agent skills. Skills encode senior-engineer behaviors (specs, tests, review, scope discipline) that models skip by default. Five load-bearing principles: Process over prose, Anti-rationalization tables (pre-rebuttals to agent excuses), Non-negotiable verification, Progressive disclosure via small meta-skill routers, and Scope discipline ('touch only what you're asked to touch').
